On April 9, 2020, Baosu Pipe Industry led the drafting of China PVC-O pipes national standard and held the second working group meeting. COVID-19 has been continuing since the end of 2019. In order to promote the drafting of PVC-O national standard as planned and reduce the risk brought by personnel gathering, the Subsidiary Committee for Plastic Pipes, Fittings and Valves (SC3)of the National Technical Committee of Standardization for Plastic Production(TC48) decided to hold the second PVC-O pipes national standard drafting working group meeting in the form of video conference. The experts of the working group at the meeting formed a draft for comments after full discussion.
