2 Make Rules, Not Just Products

"We will never make products that do not meet standards — that is the red line we hold firm." Chairman Gou Mai of Baosu said. It’s Baosu’s philosophy: using standards as the yardstick, proactively turning the company’s technological accumulation into public industry rules, and then locking the core processes down with patents.
Standards decide "market access and voice"; patents decide "exclusive rights." Together, they form a dual barrier that competitors can hardly circumvent.
From "making products" to "making rules" — a difference of one word, it helps Baosu building a solid foundation.
