4 Protecting Core Technologies with Patent Rights

　　Chairman Gou Mai believes that PVC-O technology belongs not only to China — it should also reach the vast international market. In 2018, Baosu filed the PCT patent application “Pipe Orientation Process Control System and Pipe Orientation Process”; in 2020, it filed corresponding patents in two blue-ocean markets, Brazil and India. Baosu obtained the Indian and Brazilian patent certificates in November 2023 and April 2024, respectively.

　　In China, Baosu’s patents are tightly aligned with the PVC-O core technology chain — orientation process, bell forming, formulation, production line structure, and fittings — building a dense patent cluster.

　　These patents are not trophies in a display case; they are thresholds that others cannot easily cross.
